These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and 49bt regarding your use of the 49bt platform and its services. By using the 49bt website (https://49bt.cam), registering an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the 49bt platform. These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh.

In addition, the following individuals are not eligible to use 49bt services:

• Those who have an active self-exclusion request in place.
• Those who reside in an area where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Those whose accounts have been permanently closed by 49bt previously.

49bt supports transactions through all major mobile banking and banking methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 across all methods.
• The deposit method must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Use the correct reference number when depositing; incorrect information may delay the transaction.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held if the bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
• It is recommended to withdraw using the same method you used to deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳10,000 will earn a ৳15,000 bonus. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager the total amount (deposit + bonus) 10 times (10x).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are applicable once only — they cannot be claimed again by the same person, device, IP address, or payment method.
• The time limit for meeting the wagering requirement will be stated on the offer page.
• While a bonus is active, certain games or bet types may not count toward the wagering calculation.
• If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent or abusive means, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the 49bt platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

• Creating multiple accounts or claiming bonuses using accounts of different family members.
• Match fixing, exploiting variable odds, or using other fraudulent strategies.
• Using any software, bot, or automation tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or criminal purposes.
• Engaging in inappropriate or harassing behaviour toward other users.
• Creating an account with a false identity or false information.
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.

49bt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account (inactive account policy applies).

If there is a valid balance before the account is closed and no breach of rules has been established, that amount will be returned. You may also contact our support at any time to request closure of your own account.
